Why the Wellness Movement?
As women, we've done our own fair share of dieting and seen countless numbers of our friends and colleagues undertake them too. They work for a little while then the inevitable rebound occurs.
As nutritional therapists, we know there is a better way so through this 12-week programme, we'll aim to teach you the latest evidence-based approaches to weight loss, how to curb food cravings and what nutrients your body actually needs.
