The Wellness Movement weight loss classes are a joint effort between registered nutritional therapists Eva Humphries and Jodie Brandman.

Why the Wellness Movement?
As women, we've done our own fair share of dieting and seen countless numbers of our friends and colleagues undertake them too. They work for a little while then the inevitable rebound occurs. 
As nutritional therapists, we know there is a better way so through this 12-week programme, we'll aim to teach you the latest evidence-based approaches to weight loss, how to curb food cravings and what nutrients your body actually needs.
Here is the best part: you'll be supported during your journey by a lovely group of like-minded individuals.
