The Wellness Movement

  • various

Don't settle for weekly weigh-ins or another diet...
This new year, your new you deserves to stick around longer than a month.

Join this innovative new weight loss group that delivers lasting results.
There's no calorie counting, points or 'syns' and no weigh-ins. In fact, we'll even help you fight back against the fad diets whilst we are at it.

Here's what's on offer:

  • A 12-week programme aimed at delivering lasting weight loss
  • One meeting a week
  • Weekly challenges to keep you motivated
  • Expert-led content delivered by a registered nutritional therapist
  • A supportive environment of like-minded individuals
  • A private Facebook group to keep you on track

The Wellness Movement weight loss classes are a joint effort between registered nutritional therapists Eva Humphries and Jodie Brandman.
Classes will be held in Nottinghamshire by Eva and in South Woodford, London by Jodie. For Jodie's classes visit: www.jodiebrandman.com

Why the Wellness Movement?
As women, we've done our own fair share of dieting and seen countless numbers of our friends and colleagues undertake them too. They work for a little while then the inevitable rebound occurs.
As nutritional therapists, we know there is a better way so through this 12-week programme, we'll aim to teach you the latest evidence-based approaches to weight loss, how to curb food cravings and what nutrients your body actually needs.
Here is the best part: you'll be supported during your journey by a lovely group of like-minded individuals.

Are you ready for a new you?
Classes will be taking place in 2 Nottinghamshire locations and cost just £5 per session.
