This November I'm teaming up with the wonderful Folks and Fables to bring you the Sunday Brunch Club.
This exclusive event will combine a healthy, vegan, Sunday Brunch by the Folks and Fables with a nutrition talk and smoothie demo by me (Eva Humphries, the East Midlands' leading nutritional therapist).
There will be goodie bags, tasty food, a chance to expand your knowledge about nutrition and above all, you'll get to hang out with like-minded individuals.
Spaces are limited to 20 attendees so make sure you pop by the Folks and Fables to reserve your place.

Here is the nitty-gritty about the event:

The Nutrition Talk:
This 45-minute expert-led talk will focus on fad-free nutrition.
We all know we should be eating a little bit better but what really counts when it comes to nutrition? Instead of nonsense or confusing recommendations, the focus is on real evidence-based recommendations that can actually change the way you feel and look.

The Smoothie Demo:
Smoothies are an easy and tasty way to get nutrients in.
This mini masterclass will show you how to maximise nutrient content whilst creating a delicious breakfast or snack.
You'll even get the chance to sample three smoothies and walk away with a goodie bag full of smoothie boosting goodness.

The Brunch:
The Folks and Fables are laying on an exclusive vegan spread for the brunch club.
Check out the menu here:
