DO Yoga and BANT registered nutritionist Eva Humphries have teamed up to bring you an indulgent day of Yoga and Nutrition. Join us for a day of yoga techniques and nutritional advice aimed at optimizing digestive wellbeing.

We truly believe that to restore energy and vitality we really need to help restore the balance within the digestive system.
Starting the day, Do Yoga will guide you through a 60-minute Hatha style yoga practice specifically targeted at aiding digestion.
After a brief tea break, Eva will talk you through the principles of optimum nutrition and focus in on the science behind good digestive health.
You’ll have an hour to enjoy a freshly-prepared nutritious lunch then learn how to make your own healthy meals during a food demonstration.
To conclude the day DO Yoga will guide you through a 90-minute yoga nidra/yin yoga practice (meditation) that will help you to relax and unwind. Did you know that any stresses and anxieties you are experiencing will have a huge impact on your gut health?
