I’m incredibly excited to be stepping onto the cookery demo stage of a number of prestigious Food and Drink Festivals during the summer months.
2024 marks my 8th food festival season and I cannot wait to return to the stage.
As usual, my relaxed take on nutrition means the focus is on adding in nutrient-dense ingredients as well as realistic nutrition tips that are easy to implement. Think less “don’t eat this” and more clear-cut, fad-free, evidence-based advice, but with an entertaining edge.
This year, the focus of the cookery demonstrations is feelgood food. Delicious dishes that just happen to be good for you with the added bonus of helping you feel amazing.
