I’m incredibly excited to be stepping onto the cookery demo stage of a number of prestigious Food and Drink Festivals during the summer months.
2025 marks my 9th food festival season and I cannot wait to return to the stage.
As usual, my relaxed take on nutrition means the focus is on adding in nutrient-dense ingredients as well as realistic nutrition tips that are easy to implement, but with an entertaining edge.
This year, the focus of the cookery demonstrations is feel-good food.
Delicious dishes that just happen to be good for you with the added bonus of helping you feel amazing.
During this food festival season, I’m delighted to announce a collaboration with two fantastic brands: WÜSTHOF and Positively Good For You (PGFY).
WÜSTHOF are a 7th-generation family-owned business with an impressive 200 years of knife-manufacturing expertise, creating world-class kitchen knives using premium German steel.
My very first investment when I started cooking was a set of WÜSTHOF knives which are still reliably by my side, so naturally, I’m very much looking forward to showing off the difference a high-quality set of knives can make.
Expect an impartial overview of what to look for in kitchen knives, common pitfalls and knife skills that will actually help improve your cooking.
PGFY is a brand-new, heart-healthy olive oil packed with polyphenols (antioxidants).
Polyphenols are antioxidant plant compounds that may deliver health benefits.
PGFY guarantee the polyphenol content of their product (a first) via batch testing and applying a best before date that assures freshness.
Aside from the delicious flavour and superior quality of this olive oil, what I love about it the most is the very accessible price.
The food and drink festivals make for a fantastic day out.
