How to do plant-based well

I have just the thing for you: A nutrition talk dedicated entirely to making plant-based work for you.
Truthfully, it’s not as easy as just eating a few more vegetables and switching meat to meat alternatives.
Without considering B vitamins, zinc, iodine, Omega 3 fats, overall protein intake and a few more nutrients, plant-based may not make you feel as amazing as you are expecting it to.

As a nutritionist, I have been working with individuals for 8+ years with the main aim of helping you feel amazing, whatever your dietary preferences.

Here are the ins and outs:
The talk will be held via Zoom on Wednesday the 27th of March 2024 and should last approximately 1 hour.
Complete your purchase and you will be sent the link to join the talk 1 week prior to the event.
Your camera will remain switched off and your mic will be muted, meaning you can watch in your pyjamas if you wish.
The cost of tickets is £20 which gives you a chance to attend this virtual talk.
The talk will be recorded on the day so you can rewatch it/ watch it on a later date if you can’t quite make that date.
