If the answer is yes then this workshop is for you.
This relaxed one hour chat by BANT registered nutritionist Eva Humphries will focus on foods that support the immune system.
It’s a jargon-free, expert-led look at what we need to eat to stay fighting fit this winter.
Rather than being a presentation, it’s a less formal, interactive talk with actual examples of foods and realistic ways of including them in your diet.
You’ll also get the chance to ask questions.

You can expect to learn:
- the main nutrients needed by the immune system
- what foods to include to support healthy immune function
- how to include those foods in your diet
- a few select supplements that may help

The talk will be delivered via Zoom.
