Ingredients:
20g coconut oil
30g of Whole Earth 3 nut butter peanut, pecan & walnut
20g honey or maple syrup
5 drops of vanilla extract
Method:
Melt the coconut oil and peanut butter in a small pan over a low heat.
Take it off the heat, add the vanilla extract and honey and stir until well combined.
Pour the mix into an ice cube tray.
Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
Put it in a freezer for 20 minutes to set.
If you can resist eating it all in one sitting then this 3 nut butter fudge is best stored in the fridge.
