Ingredients for 1:
1 mug of veg, I used kale, avo and cucumber chunks
1 mug of mixed frozen berries
1 mug of plant milk
1 tablespoon of flax & pumpkin seeds
1 heaped tablespoon of protein
Method:
You may have spotted I used “1 mug” of most things. This is a super-easy way to ensure the smoothie is balanced. It basically naturally makes your smoothie half veg and half fruit thus also balancing the sugar.
Simply pop everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
